Prep & Curriculum Alignment

📋 Steps for Teachers

  1. Set the purpose. Let students know they will learn how the body absorbs carbohydrates, fats, and proteins from the food they eat and why these nutrients are important for health.
  2. Watch the video together (~2 minutes).
  3. Complete the Knowledge Check. Individually or as a class.
  4. Debrief the lesson. Review key ideas and discuss answers.
