Ingredients

  • 250 mL (1 cup) plain yogurt
  • 22 mL (1 ½ Tbsp) honey
  • 5 mL (1 tsp) lemon juice
  • 0.5 mL (⅛ tsp) ground ginger
  • Cut fruit for dipping

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Stir to mix.
  3. Serve with your favourite fruit.
