Ingredients

  • 375 mL (1 1/2 cup) frozen mixed berries 
  • 250 mL (1 cup) milk 
  • 45 mL (3 Tbsp) Greek yogurt 
  • A variety of toppings, such as: 
    • Fresh fruit 
    • Chia seeds 
    • Coconut flakes 
    • Nuts or seeds 
    • Granola 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Pour into bowls. 
  4. Add your favourite toppings. 

 

NOTE: You can use any smoothie recipe to make a smoothie bowl. Make a smoothie, serve in a bowl, and add toppings.
