Ingredients

  • 250 mL (1 cup) frozen mango (or 1 ripe mango, peeled and pit removed) 
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) milk 
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) yogurt (vanilla, mango, or plain) 
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) ice 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Pour into cups and serve immediately. 

 

NOTE: Add a dash of cinnamon or cardamom spice if you like.
