Ingredients

  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) milk 
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) yogurt (vanilla, coconut, or plain) 
  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 15 mL (1 Tbsp) peanut butter 
  • 7 mL (1/2 Tbsp) chia seeds 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Pour into cups and serve immediately. 

 

NOTE: Swap any seed or nut butter for peanut butter. Example: almond butter or sunflower seed butter.
