Ingredients

  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) milk 
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) yogurt (plain) 
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) fresh spinach or baby kale 
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) frozen pineapple 
  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) juice (orange or tropical blend) 
  • ½ banana 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Pour into cups and serve immediately. 

 

NOTE: Use the type of yogurt you have in your fridge, or try different types. Examples: Greek, Balkan, or Skyr.
