Cook More Often: Grades 4–6
Lesson 4 of A Guided Discovery of Canada’s Food Guide activates the Food Guide by encouraging students in grades 4 to 6 to explore how planning and preparing food can be integrated into their lifestyle. With direct connections to the Alberta and Saskatchewan curriculums, this lesson gives students the chance to consider real-life food choices while building confidence and interest in meal preparation and food skills.
