Nourishing Beginnings
Build your knowledge and confidence in early childhood nutrition! Nourishing Beginnings is a free, online program designed specifically for Canadian early learning and child care (ELCC) professionals.
The three modules provide practical and helpful information:

Who should register?
- Instructors who want to offer this program to post-secondary ELCC students.
- Educators, directors, cooks, chefs, consultants and health professionals working in child care centres and family child care programs.
📚 Each module aligns with the Flight, Early Returns, and Play and Exploration curricula and has been developed with leaders in ELCC and nutrition education.
