Our popular classroom program A Guided Discovery of Canada’s Food Guide is now available in an easy-to-use digital format – perfect for busy teachers! The five e-learning lessons are plug-and-play, so you can focus on student learning instead of prep time.
Created for students in grades 4 to 6, this resource invites students to explore the Canada’s Food Guide website, apply their learning to real-world scenarios, and use critical thinking skills to engage with health and nutrition messaging.
Each lesson features a key concept from Canada’s Food Guide. Start your discovery with “Lesson 1: The Canada’s Food Guide Plate,” which lays the foundation for subsequent lessons.
